Right Bath Ways To Avoid Dry Skin
Bathing is not only a routine to clean the body but also the first step in your daily skin care. But sometimes the skin becomes dry after a shower.
It happened because of the use of soap and towels to the skin friction is too hard, so the skin loses its natural moisture. Therefore, we should pay attention to the way a proper bath in order to get the skin healthy and soft. Here's how.
1. Replace with Shower Gel Soap
According to Dermatologist Dr. Abhijeet Desai, as quoted from Idiva, soap tends to make the skin dry because of its alkaline nature. Replace soap you normally wear with shower gel or body wash containing moisturizer. Shower gel is able to clean and provide fresh flavor in the skin and make it more moist. Shower gel is also easier rubbed and rinsed, than ordinary soap.
2. Choose Good Quality Bath Sponges
Sponge bath used for the soap to the skin while lifting dead skin set. Loofah can also help clean hard to reach areas of the body (back or buttocks) well. In addition, good quality loofah can also shed dead skin cells and the blood circulation in the bath.
3. Pamper Yourself
Be seen as a normal shower routine and the need to maintain the cleanliness of the body. But more than that, you can make the shower as an activity to indulge yourself. Choose a shower gel or body wash with texture 'foamy' and 'creamy', wipe the entire body while doing gentle massage. 4. Do not rub body with towel

5. Apply Moisturizer
Once the body is dry, immediately apply a moisturizing cream or lotion to your skin. Moisture will form a thin layer that helps the skin retain moisture and smoothness throughout the day. "Your skin needs to be given a good moisturizer, at least twice a day. Choose a moisturizer that suits your skin type," added Dr Desai.
